New video of me speaking and reading E-o

Dankon!
Interestingly, a British fellow pointed out that I'm saying "mil" with a short vowel, as in English (like the world "mill"). Ho ve! I need to say it like "meal". Otherwise, I did okay I think. The video was very educational for me! Thank goodness for those "speech bubbles" that I put as annotations at youtube. That will help me next time I screw up, for comedy relief. :)
I think I'll try to spontaneously speak next time, about some theme I think about ahead of time. It's not that easy, but I want to improve and one day be fluent. This video was sort of cheating because I memorized that entire speech, up until I began reading (55 seconds of the video). So, I think I sound like a newscaster or something.
But, all in all, I'm satisified with the outcome. It's pretty good for a first video. I intend to make more.

Multe pli bone ol "okay" :-)

I'm not one to point out
I'm not one to point out every pronunciation error.

:)
I'm pretty happy with it. It's pretty good for someone who never knew one word of Esperanto only five months ago! I guess the pronounciation errors are pretty minor. I couldn't do that well with a national language I'd never heard of before five months ago! So Eo is very user friendly.
I'm definitely going to make more videos. It's quite fun, and it's fun to add those annotations and sort of poke fun at myself at the same time. I think that is very entertaining for the viewers.
Thumbs up for Zamenhof!

Video . . .
I'd encourage you once again to think about coming to NASK in San Diego. You'd enjoy being around other Esperanto speakers, and after 3 weeks in that kind of environment I'm sure you'd feel like you made huge strides in language mastery.
This year will have a wide variety of faculty. In the mid-level ("meza") course Katalin Kovats and I will share teaching responsibilities, probably dividing the group at least part of the time to meet the needs of those who are still at the "post-beginner" stage. In the advanced course, Grant Goodall will the the main instructor, with guests including Amri Wandel (Israel), Orlando Raola (Cuba/Los Angeles), Duncan Charters (Britain/US), and possibly others.
Another exciting offering for this summer will be the possibility of taking the new international Esperanto exam administered jointly by UEA and ILEI. Katalin and Duncan are examiners, and since they'll both be there it will be possible to do the written and oral parts. This is a chance that people in the U.S. don't often have.
